The asparagus season has begun!
Until mid-June, the Prater restaurant will once again be serving delicious asparagus from Spargelhof Kremmen. With a Wiener Schnitzel, Black Forrest ham, a fried char fillet or simply boiled potatoes with breadcrumb butter. There is also asparagus cream soup, asparagus salad with eggs and tarragon and a classic Berlin chicken fricassée.
